Soul Therapy is a sermon series designed to help people get real with themselves. through this series we are taught how to enlist the aid we may need to get healing from past hurts and some of our most troubling issues.

It is not a substitute for the counseling that people might need, but it encourages us to rethink how our lives have been affected by so many things. Through this series we are challenged not to necessarily forget the past, but to shift our thinking so that the past doesn't continue to haunt or hurt us.
